Payment

The buyer can use multi payment method to pay. The product will be dispatched upon the payment cleared.

Taxes and Custom Duties

Items are dispatched from newroad kathmandu. Therefore, Customs Duties and Taxes (except VAT) are not applicable. If you are inside the vally and in the unlikely event of a charge, this is your responsibility. However, you should anticipate an amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes and not limited to any of the above-mentioned, as well as any fees charged by the courier company.

Dispatch Information

The standard delivery is free to inside vally. We normally process orders within 24 hours after the payment have cleared into our account.

The order will be dispatched within 1 working day (except at weekends & Public Holidays). The order will be posted by courrier Mail or air cargo, but there is an option for expedited delivery for an extra charge and might you have to pay the postage cost for some product.

Product warranty information

The Product has 30 days warranty on date of purchased.( not in physically damage)

Return Refund & Warranty

The buyer must contact within 14 days of date of delivered, the item to be eligible for a replacement, return, or refund.

The Item must be in the original condition as received to qualify for a refund or partial refund.

We only accept the replacement or refunds if the products are defective, DOA (dead on arrival), or not as described.

Please do NOT attempt to open or fix an item, it will void the product warranty.

All New/Used items that are NOT defective or purchased by mistake, a changed mind can still be returned for a refund, but the buyer must pay for return postage cost. (E.g., you brought wrong size or wrong item).
Item must be in the real/unsealed condition as received.

New Items that were opened and used may only be returned if the item(s) were damaged/dead on arrival or defective.
We do not accept returns after 14 days of receiving the item.

After the buyer have approved for a replacement or return, a buyer must return the item with all the contents in the exact same condition as received within 14 days.

Once we have received the item(s) back, we will inspect the product and process the refund. It could be taken up to 2 to 5 business days.

We understand the concerns and frustrations you might have, but we will offer you a satisfying solution, hope you can give us an opportunity to resolve the problem/doubt with us.
